Job Title: Car Sales Executive

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and determine their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Provide information about available inventory, including specifications, features, and pricing.
- Conduct test drives with customers to demonstrate vehicle performance and features.
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate vehicle and trim level based on their requirements.
- Negotiate sales prices and financing terms with customers to close deals.
- Coordinate with the sales manager and finance department to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including new features, specifications, and promotions.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Minimum Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (PUC).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
