Acquire and maintain current knowledge of relevant software, hardware, systems, and support policies in order to provide technically accurate solutions to clients.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve issues following standard operating procedures and using knowledge support tools.
- To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time.
- To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Excellent customer management and service skills; interpersonal skills; analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, oral and verbal communication skills in English.
- Be willing to take on additional responsibilities and learning opportunities as they come up.
- Willingness to work in 24
- 7 support.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
