**JOB DESCRIPTION- **We are looking for an administrative officer/ online bidder who will be responsible for managing the entire bid process using freelance platforms like GEM Portal and various modes of Govt. E-Tender bidding etc., and winning **IT PROJECT**. Applicants must have outstanding communication skills, combined with the ability to understand technical concepts and tender questions then provide clear concise responses whilst working to deadlines and targets. Both males and females are encouraged to apply.

**Responsibilities-**

Generate business through online portals like GEM Portal, various modes of Govt. E-Tender bidding etc.
Find the right jobs and write proposals for them.
Analyze client requirements and provide appropriate bidding solutions.
Estimate the project price based on the requirements gathered.
Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand client's requirements and acquisition.
Submitting a completed bid to an existing or prospective client, on time and within budget.
Bidding on Freelance, GEM Portal, various modes of Govt. E-Tender bidding etc., and other freelance portals on a daily basis to acquire projects and convert those projects into long-term sales.

**Requirements**:
Command on Freelancing platforms ( GEM Portal, Govt. E-Tender bidding modes, etc.)
Proposal writing
Knowledge of drafting business proposals
Business development process
Business sales strategy
Analyze marketing trends
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Hardworking, organized, efficient, and creative work ethic
Fluent in English, Hindi

**Qualifications**Bachelor's Degree
