**What is the role?**

We are seeking a committed and proactive Sales & Customer Success Associate to join our customer success, sales, and support team within the realm of product marketing. This position plays a vital role in advancing initial sales and customer development, guaranteeing a smooth and positive journey for our clients, and making a substantial contribution to our growth path.

**Responsibilities**

In this role, you will:

- Leading Splore's **Customer Success**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services. Act as the primary point of contact for addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Participate in Splore's **Sales Process**: Actively involve yourself in the entire sales process, from generating leads to finalizing deals. Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate how our products can address those needs.
- Support Splore's **Product Marketing**: Collaborate with the product team to develop strategies aligned with customer needs and market trends.
- Manage the **Gathering and Analysis of Feedback**: Regularly collect customer feedback and market insights, using this information to guide product development and refine marketing strategies.
- Provide **Training and Support** to Splore's Customers: Deliver training and assistance to customers, enabling them to maximize the value of our products. Contribute to the creation of resources such as tutorials, FAQs, and support documentation.
- Oversee Splore's **Performance Tracking and Reporting**: Monitor and report on customer engagement and sales performance metrics. Utilize data to drive ongoing improvements in customer success and sales strategies.

- **Collaborates** - We're all about teamwork here. You will work closely with cross-functional collaboration with our Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
- Proven experience in customer success, and sales, in a SaaS startup environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office or equivalent tools.
