Role & Responsibilities:
Customer Onboarding & Training: Lead the end-to-end onboarding process, including product setup, walkthroughs, training sessions, and best practice sharing.
Customer Engagement: Drive product adoption through proactive engagement strategies, helping customers realize value and meet their business goals.
Relationship Building: Serve as a trusted advisor, maintaining long-term relationships and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
Customer Advocacy: Act as the customer voice internally, working with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to improve features and resolve issues.
Reporting & Feedback: Track key customer metrics and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer experience.

2+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Support role in tech-focused companies.
Proven experience managing the entire customer lifecycle - onboarding, training, adoption, and engagement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
