This full-time on-site role is for a Customer Success Associate at Benki Brewing Tools in Bengaluru. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for customer engagement, support, satisfaction, and retention. Your day-to-day tasks will involve providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and actively contributing to customer retention efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Analyse the territory / market's potential, track sales and status report.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Location - Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Qualifications
- Customer engagement, support, satisfaction, and retention skills
- Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide relevant solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
- Prior experience in customer service or related field
- A passion for coffee and knowledge of specialty coffee brewing is a plus
