Customer Success Associate Manager / Manager / Senior Manager
As part of our Customer Success team, youll ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success. The role focuses on driving client outcomes through effective onboarding, engagement, and continuous value realization.
Roles and Responsibilities- Build strong, trusted relationships with enterprise customers.
- Understand customer objectives and align them with measurable business outcomes.
- Oversee onboarding, adoption, and renewal processes.
- Monitor account health and usage metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer challenges quickly.
- Deliver regular business reviews and success reports.
- Bachelors degree (MBA preferred).
- Experience range:
- Associate Manager: 14 years
- Manager: 510 years
- Senior Manager: 10 years
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering customer value and measurable impact.
- Experience in SaaS, Cloud, or Training industries preferred.
- Experience: years of related experience in sales is highly preferred.
- Education: UG: Any graduate.
- Job Location: Bangalore.
