Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to engage with existing clients, assist in onboarding, and ensure they derive continuous value from our services. You will be a key point of contact for customer satisfaction, app usage, and client education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to walk-in clients, present service features, and assist with sales conversions
  • Support client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into our service ecosystem
  • Guide customers through app usage and internal process workflows
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with active clients
  • Proactively address customer queries and track client engagement

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to teach/support clients
