Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to engage with existing clients, assist in onboarding, and ensure they derive continuous value from our services. You will be a key point of contact for customer satisfaction, app usage, and client education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in clients, present service features, and assist with sales conversions
- Support client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into our service ecosystem
- Guide customers through app usage and internal process workflows
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with active clients
- Proactively address customer queries and track client engagement
Key Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to teach/support clients
