This is a full-time role as a Travel Consultant (Reservations & Ticketing) located in Mumbai.

As a Reservations Ticketing Agent, you will be responsible for handling reservations, providing exceptional customer service.

Job Profile:

- International & domestic ticketing, Holidays packages booking, passport & visa, documentation, Hotel booking.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for clients or employees.
- Book flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Handle changes or issues during travel.
- Utilize excellent organizational skills.
- Pay close attention to detail.
- Work efficiently under pressure.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Ensure smooth travel experiences for all parties involved.

**Role & responsibilities**
- Manage flight bookings and reservations using reservation systems.
- Input passenger information, flight details, and other data accurately to ensure correct bookings.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, assisting with bookings, and resolving issues promptly and courteously.
- Offer information on airline routes, schedules, fares, and travel regulations to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Handle booking errors, flight cancellations, and other unexpected situations efficiently, finding suitable solutions for customers.
- Manage multiple bookings simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
- Collaborate with colleagues in other departments such as sales, operations, and finance to ensure smooth travel arrangements for customers.
- Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and passport validity to assist customers with necessary documentation.
- Promote additional services such as travel insurance, seat upgrades, and car rentals to enhance customer experience and increase revenue.
- Handle customer complaints and conflicts in a professional and empathetic manner, striving to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with airline policies, industry regulations, and company procedures at all times.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data protection policies.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping to support efficient ticketing operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
