**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Ticketing Executive to join our team. The Ticketing Executive plays a crucial role in handling ticketing and reservation processes for our clients, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer service. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth ticketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Ticketing and Reservation**:

- Process and issue tickets for air travel, events, or other modes of transportation using computerized systems.
- Assist customers in making reservations, providing information on available options, and ensuring accurate bookings.
- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.
- **Payment Processing**:

- Collect payments for ticket purchases and process transactions accurately.
- Verify payment details, issue receipts, and handle any payment-related discrepancies.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and organized records of ticket transactions, reservations, and customer details.
- Prepare and issue invoices and receipts as needed.
- **Coordination with Airlines and Service Providers**:

- Collaborate with airlines, travel agencies, and event organizers to secure ticket availability and resolve any issues related to bookings.
- Ensure compliance with airline and industry regulations.
- **Schedule Management**:

- Assist customers in managing and modifying their travel itineraries or event schedules as required.
- Coordinate changes with airlines or event organizers.
- **Promotions and Discounts**:

- Provide information on promotional offers, discounts, and special packages to encourage sales.
- Assist in creating and promoting sales campaigns.
- **Up-to-Date Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, travel regulations, and event details to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues related to ticketing and reservations.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- **Cross-Selling and Upselling**:

- Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional services, such as travel insurance or special accommodations.
- Upsell premium or upgraded tickets when appropriate.

Qualifications and Skills:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field.**:

- **Previous experience in ticketing, reservations, or a customer service role is preferred.**:

- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- **Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in processing transactions.**:

- **Familiarity with computerized ticketing systems and reservation platforms.**:

- **Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.**:

- **Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.**:

- **Knowledge of payment processing and cash handling.**:

- **Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically.**

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
