**Job Summary**:
ANK Entertainment LLP is seeking a Ticketing Executive to efficiently manage ticketing operations for wedding events. This role involves setting up ticketing systems, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring seamless entry processes. We’re looking for someone with strong organizational and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and manage ticketing platforms.
- Handle customer inquiries, refunds, and ticket exchanges with professionalism.
- Monitor ticket sales and prepare detailed sales reports.
- Collaborate with event and venue teams to ensure smooth entry processes.
- Provide on-site support for ticketing during events to enhance client experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in ticketing operations or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
