**Job Type**: Full-Time

Job Summary: The International Air Ticketing Executive is responsible for handling the

issuance of international airline tickets, managing group bookings, and ensuring seamless

travel arrangements for our clients. This role requires excellent customer service skills,

attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Issuance of International Airline Tickets:

- Handle all aspects of international air ticketing including booking, reissuing,

and refunding tickets.
- Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or

Galileo for booking and issuing tickets.
- Ensure all ticketing transactions are completed accurately and in a timely

manner.

2. Group Booking Handling:

- Manage group travel bookings for corporate clients, ensuring all travel

arrangements meet client requirements.
- Coordinate with airlines for group booking discounts, seat allocations, and

other special requests.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients regarding booking

details and any changes or updates.

3. Customer Service:

- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any queries or

concerns related to international travel.
- Assist clients with travel-related issues such as cancellations, changes, and

special requests.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and client

satisfaction.

4. Documentation and Compliance:

- Ensure all travel documents are processed correctly and meet international

travel regulations.
- Stay updated with airline policies, visa requirements, and travel advisories.
- Maintain accurate records of all bookings and transactions.

5. Collaboration and Coordination:

- Work closely with the travel operations team to ensure smooth workflow and

efficient service delivery.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet client needs and resolve any issues.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in international air ticketing and group bookings.
- Proficiency in using GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of travel industry regulations and compliance.
- Experience in corporate travel management.
- Multilingual abilities are an advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
