_**Job Summary**:_
- The Ticketing Executive is responsible for handling all aspects of airline ticketing (domestic and international), including reservations, cancellations, fare quotations, reissuance, and customer support. The role involves liaising with airlines, travel partners, and clients to ensure smooth and efficient travel arrangements._
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- _Make airline reservations and issue domestic and international tickets through GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre)._
- _Provide fare quotations, re-issuance, and refunds as per airline guidelines._
- _Handle changes to flight schedules, cancellations, and customer re-booking needs._
- _Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline rules, visa regulations, and travel restrictions._
- _Coordinate with airlines and consolidators for group bookings and best fare options._
- _Ensure all travel bookings comply with company policies and client requirements._
- _Prepare and send travel itineraries and travel documents to clients._
- _Provide timely and professional support to clients, addressing any ticketing-related issues._
- _Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and modifications._
- _Keep track of loyalty programs, frequent flyer numbers, and travel preferences._
- **Requirements**:_
- _Proven 5+ Years’ experience as a ticketing executive or in a similar role within the travel industry._
- _Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.) is mandatory._
- _Good understanding of airline ticketing rules, fare calculations, and IATA regulations._
- _Strong communication and customer service skills._
- _Attention to detail and high level of accuracy._
- _Ability to work under pressure and manage last-minute changes._
- _Graduate in any discipline; a diploma in travel and tourism is a plus._
- **Preferred Skills**:_
- _Knowledge of hotel, visa, and travel insurance arrangements._
- _Experience handling corporate clients and group travel._
- Basic accounting skills for handling ticketing invoices and reconciliations._

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
