**Exciting Opportunity for Ticketing Executive**

**Position: Ticketing Executive**

**Salary: INR 120,000 - 150,000**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Handle end-to-end ticketing processes efficiently and accurately.

2. Utilize IATA knowledge to ensure compliance with industry standards.

3. Demonstrate proficiency in using travel software such as Galileo and Amadeus.

4. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to ticketing.

5. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes to ensure accurate and timely ticketing services.

6. Collaborate with other team members to streamline ticketing procedures and enhance overall efficiency.

7. Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure proper documentation.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
1. IATA certification is mandatory.

2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the ticketing field.

3. Proven hands-on experience with travel software, including Galileo and Amadeus.

4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in ticketing processes.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
