**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions
- Provide product and service information to customers and prospects
- Collaborate with other teams such as nurses and doctors for product development to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate teams for prompt resolution
- Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
