Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent support. Continuously improve support processes and tools.Requirements 4+ years of experience in customer support. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Experience with support tools and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
