**Job Title**: Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO
**Location**: Ranchi
**Reports to**: CEO
**Position Overview**:
The Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO will support the CEO, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication between the CEO, Directors, Senior Management, and external stakeholders. The EA will be a key liaison in managing the CEO’s schedule, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and overseeing other administrative functions. This position requires a proactive, organized individual with strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and appointments, ensuring proper prioritization and timely reminders.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for the CEO, as necessary.
- Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations for the CEO’s meetings and communication.
**Communication & Liaison**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and senior management, project teams, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication between the CEO and internal/external parties, following up on action items and pending tasks.
- Attend meetings with the CEO as required, taking notes and ensuring relevant follow-up.
**Confidentiality & Discretion**:
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, ensuring that it is shared only with appropriate parties.
- Maintain the confidentiality of both internal and external communications and activities related to the CEO’s office.
**General Support**:
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support as needed, including preparing reports, conducting research, and assisting in the preparation of presentations and speeches.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, BSW, MBA, Management, Development studies, MSW,. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role, ideally supporting senior leadership in nonprofit set up.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
**Working Conditions**:
- Full-time position based in Ranchi (8 hours; Monday to Saturday)
- Occasional field travel may be required.
- Flexible hours may be necessary to accommodate the CEO’s schedule.
**Remuneration**: Negotiable (based on experience and CTC last drawn)
**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
