**Get Catalyzed** is a creative and innovative digital marketing company that prioritizes personal growth and teamwork. We’re looking for a **LinkedIn Specialist** to strategize, manage, and oversee personal branding initiatives for our clients.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Strategize & Manage**: Develop and oversee LinkedIn personal branding strategies for clients, ensuring alignment with their professional personas and goals.
- **Lead Interns**: Guide and manage a team of interns to execute LinkedIn activities effectively.
- **Content Oversight**: Review and approve LinkedIn posts, comments, and engagement plans created by interns, ensuring high-quality execution.
- **Training**:Use your hands-on experience to train interns in LinkedIn best practices, including writing, engagement, and analytics.
- **Engagement Supervision**: Monitor interactions, ensuring timely and professional responses across LinkedIn platforms.
- **Performance Tracking**: Analyze LinkedIn analytics to measure the success of strategies, identify areas for improvement, and present results to clients.
- **Trend Updates**: Stay updated on LinkedIn trends and strategies to keep clients ahead in their industries.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing LinkedIn profiles, creating content, and engaging with audiences.
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven ability to manage and guide a team to deliver results.
- **Strategic Thinking**: Strong ability to create impactful LinkedIn strategies and oversee their execution.
- **Writing Skills**: Exceptional writing and editing skills to guide content creation.
- **Social Media Expertise**: In-depth understanding of LinkedIn as a platform.
- **Analytics**: Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics tools to measure success and optimize strategies.
- **Hands-On Experience**: You’ve done it all yourself before and can confidently train others.
