We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Growth Strategist to drive the expansion of brands across various digital platforms. You will work closely with the marketing, content, and creative teams to ensure our social media initiatives align with overall business goals. This position requires a deep understanding of social media algorithms, content optimization, and growth hacking techniques.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy**: Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies for social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
- **Performance Analytics & Optimization**: Monitor social media metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Facebook Insights, TikTok Analytics, and more to improve performance.
- **Content Strategy & Planning**: Collaborate with teams to create a content calendar and high-performing content that aligns with the brand’s voice, driving audience engagement and growth.
- **Audience Growth & Engagement**: Use growth hacking techniques and engagement tactics like contests, influencer partnerships, and user-generated content to increase organic followers.
- **Paid Media Strategy**: Work with the paid media team to develop and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads) to boost traffic and drive conversions.
- **Hashtag & SEO Optimization**: Conduct in-depth hashtag research, trend analysis, and SEO optimization for social posts to increase discoverability and reach on platforms.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms. Make recommendations on how to adapt strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
- **Experimentation & A/B Testing**: Develop and implement A/B testing plans for content, formats, and posting schedules to determine the best strategies for maximizing growth.
- **Campaign Reporting**: Generate regular reports on campaign performance, follower growth, and engagement metrics. Present actionable insights to stakeholders.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
