We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic social media plans aligned with the company's marketing objectives and target audience demographics.
- Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in social media marketing.
- Create compelling content calendars and schedules for various social media platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.
- Manage and oversee all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Produce high-quality, engaging content, including posts, videos, graphics, and other multimedia formats, that resonate with the target audience and drive user engagement.
- Monitor social media analytics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and other departments to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Stay informed about emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices, and incorporate innovative strategies to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and industry partners to expand our reach and amplify our messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with legal and regulatory requirements related to social media marketing and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
