**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage and optimize content calendars across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling visuals and copy
- Monitor analytics and KPIs to track campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments
- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and build brand relationships
- Run paid ad campaigns and optimize ROI

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role
- Strong understanding of major social platforms and content types
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite)
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
