Social Media Executive

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our website. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- **Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy**: Create, manage, and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our business goals.
- **Content Creation**: Develop engaging content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, etc.), including posts, stories, videos, and graphics.
- **Community Management**: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across all social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote new products, special offers, and seasonal events.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor, track, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and make recommendations for adjustments to strategies and practices.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the design, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- **Influencer Outreach**: Identify and engage with potential influencers to build partnerships and enhance brand visibility.
- **Paid Advertising**: Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance analysis.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the wedding or events industry.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) are a plus.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics and generate actionable insights.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
