**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more.
- Create engaging and creative content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, tailored to each social media platform.
- Schedule and publish posts consistently and at optimal times to maximize reach and engagement.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing campaigns and brand messaging.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain current and effective.
- Engage with influencers and manage influencer partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Monitor competitors' social media activities and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and think outside the box.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
