We are seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Executive. As a fresher, you'll have the opportunity to kick-start your career in social media marketing and gain hands-on experience in managing various social media platforms. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute engaging social media campaigns, increase brand awareness, and drive user engagement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating, curating, and managing content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor social media platforms for trending topics and relevant discussions that align with our brand.
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies to meet business objectives.
- Use social media management tools to schedule posts and track performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
- Assist in creating and maintaining social media calendars and content calendars.
- Conduct research to identify new opportunities for expanding our social media presence.
- Assist in analyzing social media data to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the team in organizing and promoting events, contests, and other social media initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A passion for social media and a good understanding of various social media platforms.
- Creativity and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and tracking tools is a plus.
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus (not mandatory for fresher positions).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the field of social media marketing.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
