**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
- Create and curate high-quality content (images, videos, infographics) that aligns with brand messaging and digital marketing goals.
- Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posts across all social media platforms.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly while building positive relationships with followers.
- Track social media performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies based on data insights to improve results.
- Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and industry developments, suggesting new strategies and tools to stay ahead of the competition.
- Monitor social media for feedback and insights, using this information to adjust strategies and improve customer service.
- Optimize social media content for better SEO performance, ensuring visibility and relevance in search results.
- Promote brand events, webinars, and product launches via live social media coverage to engage audiences in real time.
- Plan and create content calendars for clients, ensuring timely and consistent posts across all social media platforms, aligned with campaigns and events.
- write compelling captions for social media posts and collaborate with the graphic design team by providing content ideas and creative direction for visuals.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Must have completed a **Digital Marketing Course** from a recognized institution.
- **Experience**:

- **Fresher** with internship experience in social media management or digital marketing OR **0-1 year** of experience working in a digital marketing company, with a focus on social media.

**Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, tools, and trends.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Creative thinking with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A **strong learning attitude** with a passion for digital marketing and social media.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the dynamic field of digital marketing.
- Proactive, adaptable, and self-driven.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
