**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- **Social Media Management**: Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting, scheduling, and monitoring content.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track social media performance using analytics tools and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
- **Community Engagement**: Interact with followers, respond to comments, and engage with the online community to build brand loyalty.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and industry news to ensure our strategy remains relevant.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹8,635.01 - ₹33,800.73 per month
