**Job Title: Social Media Executive**

**Location**: Sitapura Jaipur, Rajasthan

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve marketing objectives and enhance brand visibility.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn
- Create stories, reel videos and post them on different social media platforms
- Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles and presence, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated campaigns that leverage social media channels effectively.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics and KPIs to track performance and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community around the brand.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong creative writing and copywriting skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with the target audience.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for staying updated on emerging social media trends and technologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
