**Responsibilities**:

**GTM Strategies**:
Develop Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new products or services, ensuring a coordinated launch across digital channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.

**Paid Advertising**:
Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other relevant channels.
Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI.

**Content Creation**:
Develop and curate high-quality, engaging content for various digital channels, including social media, blog posts, and landing pages.

**Data Analysis**:
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of digital marketing efforts.
Provide regular reports and insights to improve campaigns and strategies.

**SEO and SEM**:
Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to drive organic and paid traffic.

**Social Media Management**:
Create and manage content on social media platforms to engage and grow our online community.
Implement social media advertising campaigns.

**Communication**:
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
Maintain effective communication with customers through various digital channels.

**Requirements**:
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing.
Strong portfolio showcasing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
