About Us: The Editor Suite is a cutting-edge visual design studio, specializing in end-to-end creative solutions. We’re looking for a talented Social Media Strategist who can amplify our voice and drive engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and Pinterest) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Conduct audience research to identify content that resonates with key demographics, tailoring strategies for each platform.
- Collaborate with design, content, and digital marketing teams to create compelling and cohesive campaigns.
- Monitor trends, industry insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and content ideas.
- Analyze social media metrics to track campaign performance, generate insights, and adjust strategies for optimal engagement and reach.
- Create a content calendar that aligns with overall business goals and marketing initiatives.
- Engage actively with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and build a loyal community around The Editor Suite.
- Manage paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and performance tracking.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist, Social Media Manager, or similar role (2+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.
- Analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and develop actionable insights.
- Up-to-date with the latest digital technologies, social media trends, and best practices.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of SEO and content optimization.
- Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).

Pay: ₹12,675.29 - ₹30,000.00 per month
