We have a **remote / India** opening for a **Purchasing Agent **who will work quickly and efficiently reviewing **international **sales order deliveries, notes, and purchase orders.

**This is a full-time, remote position.** Work hours are expected to be **11:00a - 8:00p India Standard Time.**

**The responsibilities of the position include**:

- Receiving orders that have been shipped by vendors or received by logistics 3PL partners
- Reconciling inventory discrepancies for all our international warehouses
- Checking with vendors regarding delivery ETAs and processing the information into our system
- Fulfilling the Sales Orders and all sales order changes pertaining to international orders
- Creating purchase orders and buying product online when needed
- Adding notes for any changes to the orders
- Allocating product to open sales orders
- Checking to see if the quotes provided by sales match our PO’s.
- Obtaining and Submitting RMAs; maintaining the RMA process
- Processing Product Request
- Receiving parts and warranties
- Setting up part numbers
- Data entry

Qualifications include:

- ** 4 years of experience in Purchasing**:

- A multi-tasker who can work well in a fast-paced environment
- Accurately entering data
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Solid ability to meet deadlines in an organized and timely manner
- ** NetSuite ERP** system experience is a plus
