**Job Summary**:
We are seeking passionate and persuasive **Telesales Agents** to join our dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers and explaining the benefits of our test-preparation products and academic offerings, including **CAT, CLAT, IPMAT, CUET, GMAT, GRE**, and others under the **Career Launcher** brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students, parents, and working professionals using the provided leads.
- Explain Career Launcher’s offerings and value proposition clearly and persuasively.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate courses and packages.
- Convert inquiries into enrollments by building rapport and demonstrating strong follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions using CRM tools.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for enrollments and conversions.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and promotional offers.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum qualification: 10+2; Graduation preferred.
- Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service will be an added advantage.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with spreadsheets and CRM tools.

**Experience**:

- 0 to 3 years of experience in telesales or customer-facing roles.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

**Working Hours**:

- Flexible (between 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST, depending on shift)
- 6 days a week (Any one day from Monday to Friday )

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 25 - 50 per week
