**Job Title: Telesales Executive (Tamil Process)**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain Health products and benefits.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products based on their needs.
- Persuade and convince customers to make a purchase through effective communication.
- Handle objections, provide accurate information, and build trust with customers.
- Maintain a record of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluency in Tamil** (spoken and written) and basic English communication skills.
- **1-3 years of telesales experience**, preferably in Ayurvedic products, healthcare, or similar domains.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle sales pressure.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
