**About the Role**

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Agents to join our team. As a Telesales Agent, you will play a key role in driving our sales growth by engaging with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements. This position is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for sales.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product/service information.
- Persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle objections professionally and overcome challenges to close deals.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine sales strategies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient in a fast-paced environment.
- Persuasive and results-oriented with a strong customer focus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Pay: ₹8,363.63 - ₹28,567.42 per month
