Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Telesales position for and Edtech company. The Telesales executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, providing excellent customer service, engaging in effective communication, and closing sales. The Telesales executive will propose and give full information about the courses being offered. The role also includes providing customer support and participating in training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.

**Qualifications**:
Sales and Communication skills

Customer Service and Customer Support experience

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and remotely

Previous telesales experience is mandatory (any field)

Should be fluent in English and any one south Indian language (Telegu, Tamil, Kannada)

High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
