**Job Summary**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and persuasive **Telecallers** to drive customer acquisition and qualify leads for our online platform. You will play a key role in reaching out to potential customers, explaining our offerings, answering queries, and encouraging them to register or transact. Your objective will be to identify high-quality leads, build rapport, and pass them on to the sales or onboarding team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls daily to prospective customers from provided or sourced databases.
- Introduce and promote our platform/products in a clear, confident, and engaging manner.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (budget, intent, timeline, etc.).
- Maintain detailed records of calls, outcomes, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Follow up on warm leads through calls, WhatsApp, or SMS for conversion.
- Handle basic queries and redirect complex ones to relevant departments.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and qualified leads.
- Provide feedback to marketing/sales teams based on common objections or customer insights.

**Key Requirements**:

- **12th Pass / Bachelor’s Degree** in any discipline.
- **0-3 years** of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support roles.
- Excellent **communication skills** in English and [local language as required].
- Strong convincing skills and confident telephone manner.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools or lead tracking software.
- Ability to remain professional, positive, and persistent.
- Prior experience in **BPO, e-commerce, fintech, edtech, or online platforms** is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Multilingual ability (e.g., Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, etc.) is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Excel, or Google Sheets.
- Adaptability to work in high-volume, target-driven environments.
- Willingness to work flexible hours or rotational shifts if needed.

**Performance Metrics (KPIs)**:

- Number of Calls Made per Day
- Number of Leads Qualified
- Conversion Rate (Lead to Sign-up or First Transaction)
- Call Duration and Engagement Rate
- CRM Data Accuracy
- Follow-up Efficiency

Pay: ₹8,226.56 - ₹29,879.29 per month

Schedule:
