Job Summary:
Classic Learn is looking for an experienced Telesales Team Leader from the EdTech industry to manage and drive our admission sales team. The role involves supervising telesales executives,ensuring high call productivity, meeting admission targets, and motivating the team to deliver results in a target-based telesales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of telesales executives.
- Ensure each team member makes 150+ calls daily and meets calling KPIs (calls, talk time, conversions).
- Guide, train, and mentor the team to achieve admission sales targets.
- Monitor daily performance, prepare reports, and share updates with management.
- Support executives in handling difficult leads and closing admissions.
- Ensure CRM entries and follow-ups are accurate and updated.
- Drive team discipline, motivation, and consistent performance.
Requirements:
- Only experienced candidates with prior EdTech telesales/admission sales team handling experience.
- Minimum 1–3 years of telesales experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong communication, leadership, and sales closing skills in Hindi & English.
- Target-driven with proven ability to manage high-volume telesales teams.
- Must have a laptop/desktop, smartphone, and stable internet connection (for remote
- work).
Working Conditions:
- Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday fixed weekly off)
- Mode: Remote (Work From Home)
