Position: Telesales Executive

Job Details

  • Location: Work From Home / Remote
  • Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Working Days: 5 or 6 days/week (based on performance)
  • Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹10,000 (fixed) + Incentives around 15,000+

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our team and handle end-to-end telesales activities. This role is best suited for individuals with prior experience in sales or calling, who are looking to build a long-term career in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads
  • Explain products/services clearly and persuasively to clients
  • Follow up on leads and maintain strong client relationships
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update trackers regularly
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve sales processes

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 months of telesales / customer support / calling experience (mandatory)
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Ability to handle rejections positively and work towards targets
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7, ₹10,000.00 per month
