Telesales Specialist (North America Market)

Location: Remote | Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (US Shift) | Full-Time

About Medal Equipment:

Medal Equipment is a leading supplier of commercial kitchen and hospitality equipment, serving hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses across North America. We're expanding rapidly and looking for a Telesales Specialist who can drive lead generation and build strong relationships in the hotel and hospitality distribution sector.

Role Overview

We're seeking a proactive and persuasive telesales professional who can connect with hotel procurement teams, generate qualified leads, and drive sales conversions. The ideal candidate will be focused on the North American market, with a good understanding of hospitality distribution and strong communication skills (even if not very fast-paced).

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with hotels, restaurants, and distributors across North America.
  • Generate qualified sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain a database of potential clients and track all interactions in CRM.
  • Present Medal Equipment's product range and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams for order processing and client support.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of telesales or inside sales experience (hospitality or equipment industry preferred).
  • Strong English communication skills — clarity over speed is fine.
  • Confidence to make outbound calls and build relationships with hotel clients.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in the US time zone.
