Job Title: Remote Telesales Specialist – Removalist Platform

About the Company

We are a rapidly expanding organisation in the Australian removalist and relocation industry. Our focus is on delivering professional, reliable, and customer-focused moving services. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking highly motivated and experienced Telesales Specialists to join our remote team.

Position Overview

This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end telesales process, from initial inquiry through to confirmed booking. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication and sales skills, along with the ability to work independently while meeting defined performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls and online inquiries from customers who have expressed interest in our services.
  • Provide tailored quotations and service options aligned with client needs.
  • Manage the sales cycle from inquiry through to booking confirmation.
  • Accurately maintain and update client information within the CRM system.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets.
  • Deliver a professional and customer-focused sales experience.

Skills & Requirements

  • Proven background in telesales or inside sales, with demonstrated ability to close sales over the phone.
  • Strong command of English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Results-driven, with the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in data entry.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously in a remote environment.
  • Must have access to a laptop/desktop with camera, headset, and stable internet connection.
  • Availability to work in alignment with the Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) zone.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary: INR 30,000 – 33,000 net per month, commensurate with experience.
  • Attractive incentives: up to INR 20,000 per month based on performance.
