About VOIZWORKS:
VOIZWORKS is a dynamic organization committed to delivering efficient and high-quality communication services for leading financial and tax-related platforms. We are currently hiring Tele Callers to support our outreach for MyITReturn and ETDS services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers for MyITReturn and ETDS services.
- Clearly explain the features and benefits of the services offered.
- Achieve a daily calling target of 100-130 calls.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and update CRM systems accordingly.
- Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide resolutions or escalate where required.
**Requirements**:
- Educational Qualification: Must be from a Commerce background or a B.Com graduate.
- Good communication skills in English and regional languages.
- Basic understanding of taxation or finance-related services is a plus.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in tele calling or customer support will be an advantage.
