Responsibilities

  • Make 25 outbound cold calls per day (3 hours of work daily).
  • Introduce Visity's AI Agent and spark interest in further discussions.
  • Qualify prospects and attempt to reach decision-makers (e.g., managers, owners).
  • You do not have to close the sale. You just have to qualify the leads and pass it on.
  • Log outcomes of every call into the provided Excel sheet (accurate notes are a must).
  • Follow the provided script/guidelines while keeping conversations natural.
  • Provide basic feedback on call results to help refine messaging.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or cold calling is REQUIRED.
  • Strong spoken English / Hindi and confident phone presence.
  • Comfortable making cold calls to people who may not know about us.
  • Basic computer skills – updating Excel sheets is mandatory.
  • Self-disciplined, punctual, and consistent in hitting daily targets.

Work Schedule & Compensation

  • 3 hours per day (flexible within business hours but we will finalise the slot i.e. 10 AM to 1 PM or 2 PM to 5 PM if you are hired).
  • Remote position – you just need a quiet space and a good internet/phone setup.
  • Incentive on closed sales.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 per week
