**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic TeleSales Executive to join our team. The primary role of the Telesales is to interact with our customers and potential customers, understand their needs, and provide them with information about our products and services.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Making outbound calls** to prospective customers.
- **Understanding customer requirements** and providing appropriate solutions.
- **Maintaining customer relationships** by providing excellent customer service.
- **Recording customer information** and interaction details in the CRM system.
- **Meeting or exceeding** sales targets.
- **Providing feedback** to the team on customer interactions and observations.
**Skills**:
- Excellent **communication skills** in English and local language.
- Strong **persuasion skills**.
- Ability to **handle customer queries** and objections.
- Basic **computer literacy** and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to **work in a team** and under pressure.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a customer service or telesales role is preferred.
**Work Hours**:
- This is a full-time position. The working hours are from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday.
**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
