**Job Summary**:
**We are looking to onboard Revenue-Based Variable Sales Agent**

(VSAs) who are passionate about stock markets client relationship and client acquisition. This is a revenue-sharing role where you will earn exciting amount of the revenue (unlimited) through your clients. Ideal for experienced market professionals, independent advisors or finance enthusiasts looking to leverage their network and expertise..

**Key Responsibilities**
- Acquire and manage retail or HNI clients for equity, derivatives, and other investment products.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and on-board new clients for equity and derivative trading.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive consistent trading activity.
- Educate clients on Ashika’s trading platforms, account features, and available services.
- Promote Ashika’s brokerage offerings and encourage active participation in the stock market.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in stock broking, financial services, or client acquisition preferred.
- Strong network or database of potential trading clients is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.

**Qualifications**:

- Educational Qualification: Higher secondary. (minimum)
