Job Title: Client Referral/ Client Relationship Executive/ sales agent

Key Responsibilities:

- Actively seek out and refer potential clients to RR Associates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop referral strategies.
- Monitor and report on referral program effectiveness.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and potential referrals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven sales or marketing experience preferred.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
