**Job Title: Customer Advisor**
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining high-quality service standards.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO environment with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment with adherence to Work From Office (WFO) policy.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication with a clear VNA (Voice and Accent) clearance.
**Benefits**:
