**Job Title**: Advisor / Customer Success Advisor

**Process**: Inbound / Outbound (Voice Process)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **inbound and outbound calls** as per business needs (Sales, Insurance, or Support)
- Provide accurate information on **insurance products, services**, and policies
- Maintain **professional and courteous** communication at all times
- Use company tools/software to log and manage **customer interactions**:

- **Troubleshoot issues** and guide customers through solutions
- Maintain records and escalate unresolved concerns to the appropriate team
- Ensure compliance with **company policies and procedures**
