**About the Role**

As enterprises become hybrid and cloud-native, they need partners to manage the complexity. You’ll lead conversations with CIOs and IT leaders who are looking to simplify operations and cut costs

Qualifications and Experience Required

Knowledge of ITIL practices, ITSM tooling (ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Kaseya), and cloud-native operations models.

Ability to sell to Infra Heads, CIOs, Operations Managers with measurable KPIs.

Selling proactive support models—Security Ops (SOC), NOC, Help Desk, Remote Infra Management.

Familiarity with compliance mandates and cloud security posture management.

Strong commercial acumen to build annuity business with customer ROI.


**Key Responsibilities**

Drive new managed services engagements for cloud infrastructure, IT ops, end-user services, and cybersecurity operations.

Identify gaps in maturity around uptime, SLA adherence, NOC/SOC operations, patching, and monitoring.

Articulate how customers can improve coverage, incident response, and resource efficiency.

Work with OEMs, hyperscale's, and service delivery managers to align expectations and scope.

Build multi-year annuity streams with value realization, QBRs, and renewal plans.
