**Parent Engagement Executive - KARA.**

Job location: Ground Floor, #32, Salarpuria Tower II, Hosur Rd, Chikku Lakshmaiah Layout, Adugodi, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560034.

You will be deployed for at Kara4kids

Designation: - Parent Engagement Executive **-**Kara4kids

Roles and Responsibilities
- **Parent Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and guardians.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with families, ensuring that all their needs, concerns, and questions are addressed promptly.
- Provide tours for prospective families and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Act as a liaison between parents and staff, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- **Communication & Updates**:

- Manage the center’s social media and online presence to communicate achievements, events, and updates.
- **Event Planning & Coordination**:

- Organize and execute parent engagement events, workshops, and family-oriented activities that support learning and community building.
- Coordinate open houses, parent-teacher meetings, and other key events.
- Create and distribute event-related materials, surveys, and invitations.
- **Feedback & Reporting**:

- Collect and analyze feedback from parents to identify areas of improvement.
- Work with management to address feedback, resolve any issues, and implement improvements.
- Prepare reports summarizing engagement activities, feedback trends, and parental satisfaction.
- **Enrollment Support**:

- Support marketing and enrollment efforts by providing potential families with information on programs, fees, schedules, and facilities.
- Help in onboarding new families and conducting orientation sessions for parents.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, or related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in a similar role; experience in an early childhood setting or educational institution is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude toward engaging with parents and young children.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- **Other**:

- Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for events or meetings as required.

Any other responsibility entrusted by the Management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,270.23 - ₹25,161.85 per month
