**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our school’s team. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the school’s image and programs, attracting prospective students, and enhancing community engagement through various marketing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies**:

- Create and execute marketing plans to promote the school’s programs and events.
- Analyze market trends and competitor schools to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Develop engaging content for the school’s website, social media platforms, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure content aligns with the school’s brand message and values.
- **Digital Marketing**:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Organize and participate in school events, open houses, and community outreach programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with parents, students, alumni, and other stakeholders.
- **Brand Management**:

- Maintain and enhance the school’s brand image and reputation within the community.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials and communications.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of prospective students and parents.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with school staff, administration, and external partners to align marketing efforts with the school’s goals.
- Coordinate with vendors for marketing materials and services.
- **Budget Management**:

- Assist in the development and management of the marketing budget.
- Ensure marketing activities are cost-effective and within budget constraints.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- [X] years of experience in marketing, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
