We are seeking a proactive and organized **Educational Tour Coordinator** to manage and execute travel programs efficiently while ensuring quality service and maximum participation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tour Planning & Coordination**: Work closely with school principals, coordinators, and management to announce tour programs well in advance, minimizing academic schedule conflicts.
- **Registration & Collection**: Drive maximum registrations by implementing effective promotional strategies among parents and students, and ensure timely payment collection.
- **Quality Assurance**: Liaise with Crazy Holidays to guarantee high-quality travel experiences, safety measures, and seamless logistics.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Act as the primary point of contact between schools and Crazy Holidays, ensuring smooth communication and addressing concerns proactively.
- **Promotional Strategies**: Develop and execute effective marketing strategies, including school presentations, parent meetings, and student engagement activities, to boost tour participation.
- **Review & Feedback**: Evaluate each tour’s success, collect feedback from students and school authorities, and implement improvements for future travel programs.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in **Management, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field**.
- 2+ years of experience in **educational travel, event coordination, or school liaison roles** preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple schools simultaneously.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing strategies** is a plus.
- Passion for experiential learning and student engagement.
